Huck Halley is a cartoonist whose work is informed by his antagonistic side, often involving “bullying” critiques of current politicians or political issues. In this video portrait, we get a glimpse of Huck’s colorful cartoons while he relates the struggles of the uninsured, from his grandmother who died due to lack of insurance to the struggles he and so many other young artists face.
